REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1966.*

(2.) A scale of rates of annual salary specified in the table in sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 43a of the Naval Establishments Regulations as amended by these Regulations applies to and in relation to service, on and after the second day of February, 1967, in the position in relation to which it is so specified.

(2.) The Third Schedule to the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting items 58, 99 and 109 in Part I.

(3.) The scale of rates of annual salary specified in item 10 in Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Naval Establishments Regulations as amended by these Regulations applies to and in relation to service in a position of Civilian Medical Officer on and after the eighth day of December, 1966.
(4.) A person who occupied a position of Civilian Medical Officer under the Naval Establishments Regulations during the period from and including the twenty-fourth day of November, 1966, to and including the seventh day of December, 1966, or during a part of that period, is, by virtue of this sub-regulation, entitled to be paid additional salary in respect of that period or that part of that period of an amount equal to the amount by which the salary paid or payable to the person in respect of that period or that part of that period under regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is less than the amount of salary that would have been payable to the person if the person had been entitled to be paid salary at the following scale of rates in lieu of the scale of rates specified in item 10 of Part I. of the Third Schedule to these Regulations:—

(5.) The scale of rates of annual salary specified in item 97 in Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Naval Establishments Regulations as amended by these Regulations applies to and in relation to service in a position of Assistant Inspecting Officer (Central Storekeeping), Inspection Assistant, Grade 1 (Central Storekeeping), Inspection Assistant, Grade 2 (Central Storekeeping) or Senior Assistant Inspecting Officer (Central Storekeeping) on and after the eighteenth day of January, 1967.
(6.) The scale of rates of annual salary specified in item 98 in Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Naval Establishments Regulations as amended by these Regulations applies to and in relation to service in a position of Inspecting Officer (Central Storekeeping) on and after the eighteenth day of January, 1967.
(7.) The scale of rates of annual salary specified in item 116 in Part I. of the Third Schedule to the Naval Establishments Regulations as amended by these Regulations applies to and in relation to service in a position of Senior Inspecting Officer (Central Storekeeping) on and after the eighteenth day of January, 1967.
