REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth, of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendment of the Naval Establishments Regulations. 

Rates of pay.

Regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1), and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

“(1) Subject to this regulation, an officer or employee occupying a position, the designation of which is specified in the following table, shall be paid at a rate within the limits of pay specified in the table opposite the designation of the position:—
