STATUTORY RULES.

1958. No. 46

REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910–1952.*

I, THE GOVERNOR–GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910–1952.

Amendments of the Naval Establishments Regulations. 

Punishment for offences.

1. Regulation 23 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (i) the words “any sum not exceeding £5” and inserting in their stead the words “a sum not exceeding Twenty pounds”.

Rates of pay and increments.

2. Regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub–regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—
