REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 19101

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910.

Amendment of the Naval College Regulations2

Punishments

 Regulation 78 of the Naval College Regulations is amended by omitting “Dismissal” from the fourth column of the table and substituting “Expulsion from the College”.
