REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1949.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

AMENDMENT OF THE NAVAL COLLEGE REGULATIONS.
Regulation 7 of the Naval College Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraph (
“(
a )the sons of persons who have lost their lives or become totally incapacitated on, or as a result of, active service abroad;”.
