STATUTORY RULES.

1947. No. 33.

REGULATION UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1934.*

I,THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1934.

Amendment of the Naval College Regulations. 

Regulation 73 of the Naval College Regulations is amended—

Prizes.

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the word “Eight” and inserting in its stead the word “Twelve”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of that sub-regulation the words “Two pounds” and inserting in their stead the words “Three pounds five shillings”;

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the words “Two pounds” and inserting in their stead the words “Three pounds five shillings”; and

(d)by omitting from sub-regulation (4.) the word “Twenty-four” and inserting in its stead the word “Thirty-eight”.
