1963. No. 95.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1952.

Amendments of the Naval College Regulations.  

Grades.

1. Regulation 36 of the Naval College Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(a) Director of Studies;”.

Rates of pay.

2.—(1.) Regulation 37 of the Naval College Regulations is amended by omitting the Table in sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—

(2.) Regulation 37 of the Naval College Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (4.) the words “Head Master” and inserting in their stead the words “Director of Studies”.

Application of amendment.

3. Salary is payable to an officer of the Professorial Staff, in respect of service in the grade of Senior Master or Master on or after the second day of May, 1963, in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Naval College Regulations as amended by sub-regulation (1.) of the last preceding sub-regulation.
