Naval Account Regulations2 (Amendment)

I. THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901.

Repeal of regulation 30

1. Regulation 30 of the Naval Account Regulations is repealed.

Saving

2. Nothing in these Regulations affects:

(a) the right or ability of a member to make voluntary allotments; or

(b) allotments made before the date of commencement of these Regulations.
