AMENDMENT OF THE NAVAL ACCOUNT REGULATIONS UNDER SECTION 63a OF THE AUDIT ACT 1901-1912.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following amendment of the Naval Account Regulations under Section 63a of the Audit Act 1901-1912, to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this thirtieth day of July, One thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Naval Account Regulations under Section 63a of the Audit Act 1901-1912, to be amended by the addition of the following clause:—

129. Any appointment made or any act or matter done prior to the coming into operation of these Regulations shall be deemed to have been done under the authority of these Regulations if not inconsistent therewith.
