STATUTORY RULES.
AMENDMENT OF NAVAL ACCOUNT REGULATIONS UNDER SECTION 63a OF THE AUDIT ACT 1901–1912.
I, SIR ARTHUR STANLEY, Governor of the State
of Victoria and its Dependencies, in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting as
the Deputy of the Governor-General in accordance with the provisions of the
Constitution, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby
make the following amendment of the Naval Account Regulations under Section 63a of the
Dated this tenth day of May, One thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Regulation 4 to be amended as follows:—
The words “‘Minister’ means the Minister of State for Defence” to be repealed, and the following substituted therefor :—
“‘Minister’ means the Minister of State administering the
Naval Defence Act 1910–1912.”
