I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Nature Conservation Ordinance 1980.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

Repeal

2. Regulations 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Nature Conservation Regulations

are repealed.
