Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Amendment Conservation Plan (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This conservation plan may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Amendment Conservation Plan (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Conservation plan amended This conservation plan amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Conservation Plan 2000. 3 Amendment of s 15 (Restrictions on grant of commercial wildlife harvesting licences) (1) Section 15(3)(a), ‘rare or threatened’— omit , insert — ‘threatened or near threatened’. (2) Section 15(4)(a), ‘rare or threatened’— omit , insert — ‘threatened or near threatened’.
