s1 2 s7 Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Amendment No. 113, 2001 Conservation Plan (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This plan may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Amendment Conservation Plan (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Plan amended This plan amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Conservation Plan 2000. 3 Amendment of s 22 (General requirements for taking protected plant parts) Section 22(5), ‘the Management of’— omit. 4 Amendment of s 24 (Labelling of certain protected plant parts) Section 24(1), ‘the licensee’— omit, insert— ‘a licensee’. 5 Amendment of s 32 (Particular plants for sale to be tagged) Section 32(a), ‘the licensee’— omit, insert— ‘a licensee’. 6 Amendment of s 33 (Protected plant parts to be tagged) Section 33(2), ‘the licensee’— omit, insert— ‘a licensee’. 7 Amendment of s 34 (When official tag may be removed) Section 34(2)(b), ‘the licensee’—
