1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Woondum National Park) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Woondum National Park—
omit, insert—

Woondum National Park—the following parts—

(a)  lot A on AP17855;

a communications use

(b)  the part identified as ‘EGX’ on AP17876 and AP17879, containing an area of about 900m2;

a communications use

(c)  the part identified as ‘Authority Area A’ on lot 2 on AP19217 on QPWSAP000087, containing an area of about 700m2;

a communications use

(d)  the part identified as ‘Authority Area A’ on lot 3 on AP19217 on QPWSAP000090, containing an area of about 40m2

a communications use
