Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Toohey Forest Conservation Park) Amendment Regulation 2022 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Toohey Forest Conservation Park) Amendment Regulation 2022.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 1 (Trustees of conservation parks)

Schedule 1—
insert—

Toohey Forest Conservation Park Brisbane City Council the powers of the chief executive under this regulation other than the power to— (a)  charge a fee for entry to the park; or (b)  grant any of the following— (i)  an apiary permit; (ii)  an Aboriginal tradition authority or Island custom authority; (iii)  a camping permit; (iv)  a stock grazing permit, stock mustering permit or travelling stock permit; (v)  a special activity permit; or (c)  grant a resources permit for a purpose other than an educational or scientific purpose; or (d)  enter into a commercial activity agreement
