1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Great Sandy National Park) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Great Sandy National Park, column 2—
insert—

(h)a communications use on the part identified as Lot 100 in Lot 21 on NPW1150, shown on AP16995, containing an area of about 52m²
