Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Conondale and Other National Parks) Amendment Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Conondale and Other National Parks) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

(1)Schedule 3, part 1—
insert—

Conondale National Park—the part identified as ‘Authority Area’ covering part of Lots 135 and 274 on NPW746 on QPWSAP000051, containing an area of 360m² a communications use

(2)Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Conway National Park—
insert—

(d)  the part identified as ‘Authority Area’ within Lot 43 on NPW1144 on QPWS 1980, containing an area of 1,015m² a water supply use

(3)Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Glass House Mountains National Park—
omit, insert—

Glass House Mountains National Park—the following parts—
(a)  the part identified as ‘Proposed Easement’ on plan 11549 for the Northern Pipeline Interconnector Stage 1;	construction, maintenance and use of a water pipeline
(b)  the parts identified as ‘Authority Areas A, B, C, D and E’ over parts of Lot 127 and Lot 589 on NPW725, and Lot 1 on AP19221, on QPWSAP00013, containing an area of about 44,963.3m2	a water supply use
