Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Communications and Water Supply Uses) Amendment Regulation 2022 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) (Communications and Water Supply Uses) Amendment Regulation 2022.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2017.

3   Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in national parks)

(1)Schedule 3, part 1—
insert—

Grey Peaks National Park—the part identified as ‘Authority Area’ over part of lot 785 on AP19382 on QPWSAP000250, containing an area of about 850m² a water supply use

(2)Schedule 3, part 1, entry for D’Aguilar National Park—
insert—

(g)  the part identified as ‘Authority Area’ over part of lot 809 on NPW751 on QPWSAP00032, containing an area of 0.6573ha a communications use
