Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in relevant areas) (1) Schedule 3, entry for Deer Reserve National Park— omit, insert— Deer Reserve National Park—the following parts— ( a) the part identified as ‘Radio a communications use Hut Site’ on the map titled ‘Deer Reserve National Park’; ( b) the part shown as lot C on a communications use AP17861, containing an area of about 3898m 2 (2) Schedule 3, entry for Littabella National Park, column 1, paragraph (a)— omit, insert— (a) the part shown as lot F on administrative plan QPWSAP00004, containing an area of about 366m 2 ; ENDNOTES 1 Made by the Governor in Council on 26 November 2015. 2 Notified on the Queensland legislation website on 27 November 2015. 3 The administering agency is the Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing.
