Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in relevant areas) (1) Schedule 3, part 1, entry for D’Aguilar National Park— omit . (2) Schedule 3, part 1— insert — D’Aguilar National Park— ( a) the part identified as ‘D’Aguilar a communications use Range (Energex) Site’ on the plan titled ‘DCS Communication site ‘D’Aguilar Range’ D’Aguilar National Park’; and ( b) the part identified as ‘Mount a communications use Tenison Wood Radio Tower’ on the plan titled ‘Mount Tenison Wood Radio Tower’; and ( c) lot A on AP20928; and a communications use ( d) lot A on AP20929 a communications use Deer Reserve National Park—the part a communications use identified as ‘Radio Hut Site’ on the map titled ‘Deer Reserve National Park’ Woondum National Park—lot A on a communications use AP17855 Page 2 2015 SL No. 130
