Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006 . 3 Amendment of s 15 (Permitted uses in national parks or national parks (recovery)—Act, s 35) (1) Section 15(1)— omit, insert — (1) For section 35(1)(d) of the Act— (a) a use stated in schedule 3, part 1, column 2, is a permitted use for the relevant area stated opposite the use in part 1, column 1 of that schedule if the use is only for a service facility; and (b) a use stated in schedule 3, part 2, column 2, is a permitted use for the relevant area stated opposite the use in part 2, column 1 of that schedule if the use is only for an ecotourism facility. Examples of tourism services — services relating to the provision of tourism information, food and beverages or souvenirs canopy walkway means a walkway with sections in and above a forest canopy. relevant area means a national park or national park (recovery) or part of the national park or national park (recovery).
