Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in relevant areas) Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Littabella National Park— omit, insert — Littabella National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as ‘Ergon a communications use Energy Mt Watalgan communication site’ on the plan titled ‘Ergon Communication Equipment Tower Mt Watalgan Littabella National Park Lot 212 on NPW784’, containing an area of 250m 2 ; (b) the part described as an existing a communications use tower on the plan titled ‘Communication Infrastructure Littabella National Park Lot 212 on NPW784’, containing an area of 600m 2 ; (c) the part shown as lot A on a communications use carried out administrative plan by Maritime Safety Queensland QPWSAP00004, containing an area of about 196m 2 Page 2 2015 SL No. 88
