Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in relevant areas) (1) Schedule 3, part 1, entries for D’Aguilar Range National Park, Dinden National Park and Magnetic Island National Park— omit . (2) Schedule 3, part 1— insert— D’Aguilar National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as a communications use ‘D’Aguilar Range (Energex) Site’ on plan ‘DCS Communication site ‘D’Aguilar Range’ D’Aguilar National Park’; (b) the part identified as ‘Mount a communications use Tenison Wood Radio Tower’ on the plan titled ‘Mount Tenison wood Radio Tower’ Page 2 2014 SL No. 157

Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 3] Dinden National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as ‘Miles a communications use Electronics’, containing an area of 456m 2 shown on the plan titled ‘Location Plan of Communications Towers Dinden NP’; (b) the part identified as ‘Black and a communications use White Taxis’, containing an area of 289m 2 shown on the plan titled ‘Location Plan of Communications Towers Dinden NP’; (c) the part described as existing a communications use tower (Miles Electronic) on the plan titled ‘Ergon Communication Equipment attached on Miles Electronics Tower Dinden National Park Lot 62 on NPW920’, containing an area of 300m 2 Magnetic Island National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as ‘Authority maintenance and use of a water Area’ on the plan titled ‘NCA pipeline Authority Area’; (b) the part identified as ‘The a communications use Forts’ on plan S35Mag—1; (c) the part identified as an electricity distribution use ‘overlandcable_buffer’ within Lot 456 on NPW398 on the map titled ‘Ergon Energy Electricity Cable Authority Area’ 2014 SL No. 157 Page 3
