Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) Schedule 3— insert — Capricornia Cays National Park—the following parts shown on administrative plan CEN AP079— (a) lot A, containing an area of maintenance and use of the potable about 0.041ha; water supply network (b) lot B, containing an area of maintenance and use of the about 0.020ha; non-potable water supply network (c) lot C, containing an area of maintenance and use of the electricity about 0.003ha; connection (d) lot D, containing an area of maintenance and use of the water about 0.016ha intake pipeline (e) lot E, containing an area of maintenance and use of the water about 0.018ha outlet pipeline (f) lot F, containing an area of maintenance and use of the fuel about 0.021ha pipeline Hull River National Park—the part identified as the ‘Proposed Use Area for Cassowary Coast Regional Council in Hull River National Park’ on drawing PR116239-1 A, containing an area of about 827m 2 construction, maintenance and use of a water reservoir Page 2 2013 SL No. 178
