Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) (1) Schedule 3, entries for Conway National Park, Girringun National Park, Littabella National Park and Tamborine National Park— omit . (2) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Bulburin National Park—the part described as the existing tower on the map titled ‘Ergon Communication Bulburin National Park Lot 53 on NPW737’, containing an area of 0.09ha a communications use Conway National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as ‘Crown a communications use Castle Australia Communications Tower’ on plan ACENAP068; (b) the part identified as ‘Proposed an electricity distribution use Authority Area’ on plan S35Conway–1 Page 2 2012 SL No. 189

Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 [s 4] Tamborine National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as ‘RRTMB a communications use Mt Tamborine Radio Site’ on plan 11044-A4, containing an area of 268m 2 ; (b) the part shown as ‘Approved an electricity distribution use Route’ on sheet 26 of the map for the Powerlink transmission grid for Greenbank–Maudsland Woowoonga National Park—the part a communications use’. described as the lease area on the map, dated 29 November 2010, titled ‘Woowoonga National Park - telecommunications site’, containing an area of 400m 2 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Permitted uses in national parks) Schedule 4— insert — ‘Brampton Islands National Park—the following parts shown on administrative plan CEN AP075— (a) lot A, containing an area of maintenance and use of an airstrip about 1.60ha; (b) lot B, containing an area of maintenance and use of a sewage about 0.66ha; treatment facility (c) lot C, containing an area of maintenance and use of a tramway about 1.03ha; (d) lot D, containing an area of maintenance and use of an about 0.28ha airstrip’. 2012 SL No. 189 Page 5
