Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006 . 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) (1) Schedule 3— insert ‘Brampton Islands National Park—the part identified as ‘Communications Tower’ on administrative plan CENAP052 a communications use’. (2) Schedule 3, entry for Wooroonooran National Park— insert ‘(c) the parts identified as area A on plan 1758-01, area B on plan 1759-01, area A on plan 7876CRC-01, area C on plan 7876CRC-02 and area B on plan 7876CRC-03 maintenance and use of water supply facilities, and construction, maintenance and use of associated infrastructure for the facilities’.
