Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Paluma Range National Park construction, maintenance and use of a water treatment facility and associated infrastructure, shown on Townsville City Council water supply infrastructure overall plan consistent with drawing 60024604/131, including the following— (a) Mt Kinduro water treatment plant consistent with drawing 60024604/132; (b) Crystal Creek water supply infrastructure consistent with drawing 60024604/133’.
