Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006 . 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) (1) Schedule 3— insert— Mount Cook National Park—the part identified as ‘Mt Cook QPS QAS SES’ on administrative plan LPF/10739 a communications use (2) Schedule 3, entry for Bowling Green Bay National Park— omit, insert— Bowling Green Bay National Park—the following parts— (a) the part identified as ‘Alligator a communications use Creek VHF Repeater Tower’ shown on the map titled ‘Bowling Green Bay National Park Alligator Creek Tower Site’, containing an area of approximately 50m 2 ; (b) the part shown as lot 38 on a communications use survey plan Ep1963, containing an area of about 20.24ha Page 2 2014 SL No. 13
