Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) (1) Schedule 3— insert — D’Aguilar Range National Park—the part identified as ‘D’Aguilar Range (Energex) Site’ on plan ‘DCS Communication site ‘D’Aguilar Range’ D’Aguilar National Park’ a communications use Koombooloomba National Park —the following parts— (a) the part identified as a communications use ‘Communications Hut and Tower’ on the map titled ‘Kareeya Power Station Communications Hut and Tower’ (b) the part identified as ‘Gauging a communications use ‘ SSNttaaitttiicoohnna’’ goanCtrheeekmFalpowtitlGedauging mfloawintgeanuagnicneg satnadtiounse of a water Mount Windsor National Park—the a communications use part identified as ‘Roadtek site’ on plan ‘Mount Windsor Tableland Radio Site’ Page 2 2013 SL No. 63
