Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) (1) Schedule 3, entry for Great Sandy National Park, column 2— insert— ‘(d) maintenance and use of a facility, by Gympie Regional Council, for providing communication services to the Tin Can Bay and Cooloola Cove communities; (e) maintenance and use of a water reservoir by Gympie Regional Council to service the Tin Can Bay and Cooloola Cove communities’. (2) Schedule 3, entry for Paluma Range National Park— omit, insert— Page 2 2010 SL No. 258
