s1 2 s3 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) No. 175, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas Management) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Permitted uses in prescribed national parks) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Homevale National Park—the part identified as the authority area on the map, of 31 May 2007, titled ‘Homevale National Park s35-1’ an electricity distribution use’.
