This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 9) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entries for ‘Bushy Island National Park’, ‘Dalrymple National Park’, ‘Goodedulla National Park’ and ‘South Cumberland Islands National Park’— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Cudmore National Park Lot 28 on plan NPW632 Sh 1 situated in the County of Beaufort, containing an area of about 20 400 ha and to a depth of 50 m below the surface of the land Dalrymple National Park Lot 125 on plan NPW636 situated in the Counties of Burdekin and Davenport, containing an area of about 1 660 ha Goodedulla National Park Lot 16 on plan NPW598 situated in the County of Leura, containing an area of about 25 500 ha South Cumberland Islands National Park Lot 407 on plan NPW588 situated in the County of Carlisle, containing an area of about 2 180 ha
