This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (National Parks (Scientific)) 3. Schedule 1, entry for ‘Capricornia Cays National Park (Scientific)’— omit, insert— ‘Capricornia Cays National Park (Scientific) Lot 439 on plan NPW599 situated in the county of Flinders, containing an area of about 43.7 ha’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 4.(1) Schedule 2, entries for ‘Northumberland Islands National Park’ and ‘Wild Duck Island National Park’— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Broad Sound Islands National Park Lot 406 on plan NPW577 situated in the counties of Murchinson and Palmerston, containing an area of about 1 620 ha Northumberland Islands National Park Lot 404 on plan NPW576 situated in the county of Carlisle, containing an area of about 1 500 ha
