This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Chesterton Range National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Chesterton Range National Park Lot 103 on plan NPW523 situated in the Counties of Dublin and Munga, containing an area of about 31 200 ha’. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Conondale National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Conondale National Park Lot 102 on plan NPW513SHT1 situated in the Counties of Canning and Lennox, containing an area of about 6 980 ha’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Culgoa Floodplain National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Culgoa Floodplain National Park Lot 334 on plan NPW524 situated in the Counties of Belmore and Nebine, containing an area of about 42 856.2085 ha’.
