This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Blackbraes National Park Lot 38 on plan NPW572 SHT 1 situated in the county of Lyndhurst, containing an area of about 29 800 ha’. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Idalia National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Idalia National Park Lot 14 on plan NPW586 situated in the counties of Gowan and Mitchell, containing an area of about 144 000 ha’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Lake Bindegolly National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Lake Bindegolly National Park Lot 15 on plan NPW591 situated in the county of Wellington, containing an area of about 12 513 ha’.
