Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . 3 Amendment of s 7 (Declaration and naming of nature refuges) Section 7, editor’s note— omit , insert — ‘Note — Each of the areas of land described in schedule 5 is the subject of a conservation agreement.’. 4 Amendment of s 8 (Declared management intent) (1) Section 8, editor’s note— omit . (2) Section 8— insert — ‘(2) A copy of the conservation agreement for each nature refuge may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the department’s office.
