This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 3. Schedule 2, entry for ‘Daintree National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Daintree National Park Lot 20 on plan NPW648 Sheets 1 and 2 situated in the Counties of Dagmar and Solander, containing an area of about 76 700 ha’. ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) 4. Schedule 3, entries for ‘Carbrook Wetlands Conservation Park’, ‘Neurum Creek Conservation Park’ and ‘Serpentine Creek Conservation Park’— omit, insert— ‘Carbrook Wetlands Conservation Park 1 Lot 515 on plan NPW582 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of about 103 ha Carbrook Wetlands Conservation Park 2 Lot 219 on plan SP115966 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of 122.117 ha Neurum Creek Conservation Park Lot 517 on plan CP880835 situated in the County of Canning, containing an area of 9.8 ha’.
