This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Cape Melville National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Cape Melville National Park Lot 4 on plan NPW531 situated in the County of Melville, containing an area of about 137 000 ha’. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Mount Webb National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Mount Webb National Park Lot 203 on plan NPW535 situated in the County of Banks, containing an area of about 417 ha’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Noosa National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Noosa National Park Lot 340 on plan NPW511 situated in the Counties of March and Canning, containing an area of about 2 280 ha’.
