Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . 3 Amendment of s 8 (Declared management intent) Section 8, editor’s note, ‘160 Ann Street, Brisbane’— omit, insert— ‘400 George Street, Brisbane’. 4 Amendment of sch 5 (Nature refuges) Schedule 5— insert— ‘Cravens Peak Nature Refuge Lot 5358 on crown plan PH1855 situated in the County of Sturt, containing an area of about 230000ha, shown on plan PA320 Harkness Nature Refuge Lot 473 on SP206203 situated in the County of Balurga, containing an area of 137000ha, shown on plan PA479’.
