This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 3. Schedule 2, entries for ‘Denham Group National Park’, ‘Flinders Group National Park’, ‘Halifax Bay Wetlands National Park’, ‘Howick Group National Park’, ‘Lawn Hill National Park’ and ‘Mount Archer National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Denham Group National Park Lot 410 on plan NPW603 situated in the Counties of Jardine and Somerset, containing an area of about 90.7 ha Flinders Group National Park Lot 413 on plan NPW606 situated in the County of Melville, containing an area of about 3 180 ha Halifax Bay Wetlands National Park Lot 123 on plan NPW597 situated in the County of Cardwell, containing an area of about 772 ha Howick Group National Park Lot 414 on plan NPW607 situated in the County of Melville, containing an area of about 776 ha Lawn Hill National Park Lot 17 on plan NPW627 situated in the Counties of Gregory, Mueller and Morstone, containing an area of about 282 000 ha
