Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . 3 Amendment of s 4AA (Dedication and naming of national parks (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land)) (1) Section 4AA, from ‘State’ to ‘2AA’— omit, insert— land described in schedule 4 (2) Section 4AA— relocate to part 2A, immediately before section 6A and renumber as section 6AA. 4 Amendment of pt 2A (Indigenous joint management areas) Part 2A, heading, ‘Indigenous’— omit, insert— National parks (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land) and indigenous 5 Amendment of sch 2AA (National parks (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land)) (1) Schedule 2AA, authorising provision, ‘section 4AA’— omit, insert — section 6AA (2) Schedule 2AA— Page 2 2014 SL No. 303
