Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2, entry for Lakefield National Park— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 2AA (National parks (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land)) Schedule 2AA— insert— ‘Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal Land) Lot 10 on SP208286 situated in the counties of Banks, Hann, Mosman and Warner, containing an area of 544000ha’. 5 Amendment of sch 4 (Resources reserves) Schedule 4— insert— ‘Rinyirru (Lakefield) Resources Reserve Lots 15, 20, 25 and 40 on SP208286 situated in the counties of Hann and Mosman, containing an area of 88.289ha’.
