s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 321, 2007 Regulation (No. 4) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Teerk Roo Ra (Peel Island) National Park Lot 445 on plan NPW834 Sh 1 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of about 460ha’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Teerk Roo Ra (Peel Island) Conservation Park Lot 566 on plan NPW834 Sh 2 situated in County of Stanley, containing an area of about 59ha’.
