s1 2 s3 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 321, 2005 Regulation (No. 4) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) (1) Schedule 2, entry for Cape Melville National Park— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Cape Melville National Park Jack River National Park Lot 4 on plan NPW531, lot 2 on AP12349 and lot 5 on SP156403 situated in the County of Melville, containing an area of about 171410ha Lot 8 on AP12349 situated in the counties of Banks, Melville and Mosman, containing an area of about 166000ha’.
