This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 3. Schedule 2, entries for ‘Claremont Isles National Park’, ‘Moresby Range National Park’, ‘Possession Island National Park’ and ‘Restoration Island National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Claremont Isles National Park Lot 412 on plan NPW605 situated in the County of Sidmouth, containing an area of about 48.1 ha Moresby Range National Park Lot 114 on plan NPW644 Sh 1 situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 533 ha Possession Island National Park Lot 409 on plan NPW602 situated in the County of Somerset, containing an area of about 508 ha Restoration Island National Park Lot 411 on plan NPW604 situated in the County of Weymouth, containing an area of about 27.9 ha’.
