This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 6 3. After section 13— insert— ‘ PART 6—REVOCATION OF PART OF GREAT SANDY NATIONAL PARK ˙ ‘ Revocation of dedication of part of Great Sandy National Park ‘ 14. The dedication of the Great Sandy National Park is revoked, in part, to the extent of the areas of land described as lots 5 to 9 on plan CP825863 situated in the County of Fraser, containing an area of about 8.598 ha. ˙ ‘ Expiry of part ‘ 15. This part expires the day after it commences.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 4. Schedule 2, entry for Great Sandy National Park— omit, insert — ‘Great Sandy National Park Lot 21 on plan NPW473 (other than lots 5 to 9 on plan CP825863) situated in the Counties of Fraser and March, containing an area of about 139991 ha’.
