This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Chillagoe/Mungana Caves National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Chillagoe–Mungana National Park Caves Lot 13 on plan NPW481 situated in the County of Lynd, containing an area of about 1 890ha’. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Hull River National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Hull River National Park Lot 647 on plan NPW522 situated in the County of Cardwell, containing an area of about 2 110ha’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Precipice National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Precipice National Park Lot 59 on NPW525 situated in the County of Labouchere, containing an area of about 10 200ha’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Resources Reserves) 4. Schedule 4, entry for ‘Fernyside Resources Reserve’— omit.
