1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994.

Schedule 2, entry for Moreton Island National Park—
omit, insert—

Moreton Island National Park Lot 36 on plan NPW662, lot 46 on SP135368 and lots 46 and 47 on plan USL20258, containing an area of about 16,950.673ha
