s1 2 s3 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 188, 2007 Regulation (No. 3) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 1 ( National parks (scientific)) Schedule 1, entry for Raine Island National Park— omit, insert— ‘Raine Island National Park (Scientific) Lot 4 on SP171836 and lots 1 and 2 on plan JD3 situated in the County of Jardine, containing an area of about 40ha’.
