s1 2 s3 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 174, 2005 Regulation (No. 3) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Ex-HMAS Brisbane Conservation Park Lot 1 on AP13767 situated in the County of Canning, containing an area of about 35.3ha’.
